My healing path has been a long and deeply rewarding one. I grew up in a town in the northern region of Argentina called Salta, located at the foothills of the Andes. Land of the Wichí, Kolla, Guarani and Diaguita Calchaquí. I hold deep love and respect for these lands. My lineage is a mix of native and European blood.
I spent the first 25 years of my life in various levels of depression, followed by different mental health diagnosis, one suicide attempt and deep inner alienation. This was the first stage on my healing path, even though I wasn’t able to understand this at the time. All I knew back then was that life was too painful. Upon graduating with a Master’s in Communications, I moved to Europe and began a long process of emotional and psychological healing. This process was initiated by a life changing spiritual opening in The Netherlands, in 2008, when I joined a spiritual group of Indonesian origin called Subud. Daily spiritual practice provided a sacred container for deep surrender and a catalyst for much needed purification. A committed spiritual practice, particularly the cultivation of an altered state, gradually gave way to an awakened understanding of subtle energies, and a practice of intuitive energy healing unfolded. During these years, I focused on allowing what I perceived to be a deep process of re-alignment of my energy field. After gaining significant balance in my energy structure, family and friends began asking for healing, and my journey as a practitioner started.
In 2012, I moved to Sweden with my family. I began exploring shamanic and psychedelic work in earnest. I trained with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in the areas of shamanism and shamanic healing. I also trained as an EFT (Tapping) practitioner, a powerful practice that allows us to regulate our nervous system and activate our energy flow. Over the last 11 years, I’ve participated in different plant medicine retreats in the Amazon, deepening the connection with my healing potential and with the web of life. Experiences with psychedelic medicines, done in intentional ritualistic settings, have allowed me to cultivate deep respect and reverence for the power of plant medicine. I believe intentional, sacred medicine work is the last frontier on our healing path, and this is where my practice focuses now. I trained as a guide in a practice called “Mindfulness based Psychedelic Therapy”, with the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness, one of the first legal psychedelic therapy clinics in North America.
These practices have greatly helped on my healing path, and ultimately prepared me to support others in their own evolution. I meet my clients exactly where they are on their path, drawing upon the different trainings I’ve done and the deep conviction that we all have what it takes to awaken and heal: we just need people with spiritual integrity, skills and the right tools to hold sacred space for us. This is what I provide for my clients. Let’s have a conversation!
